Definitions

 

What is roleplaying?: When you act as a character and stay on that act as you interact with others.

What is metagaming?: Being able to know what is going on when your character shouldn't know when they are not at the event that is happening. Or if some other character did something, they shouldn't know about the private event.

What is power-emoting (powergaming)?: Forcing your actions on another character like you harm them or throw bread onto their head without their consent to where it's like they didn't have a choice to try and dodge or anything before getting hit.

Biography (where does your character come from?; where have they traveled to?; what year were they born in? et cetera.) Aelin is a Heartlander from Riga who loves to travel. She has 3 brothers named Cole, Fallon, and Bairmah Rahl. She has stayed with them for her whole life, traveling only a small distance. She loves the heart of the city of Courland, and only has traveled to Felsen and Salvus. She has not traveled far, but she has enjoyed it very much. She likes the feeling of freedom and seeing the outside world other than her little cottage with the boys.

  She may be a girl according to her brothers, but even to their gender role ideas, she loves to pick up a sword and practice. She's exceptionally skilled with a bow and loves it very much. She is very fiery and will not listen to commands by those she does not think is worthy of bossing her. She also has always had a big temper problem which has gotten her into some trouble in the past. She has gotten into a few issues with different females an males because of her sassy mouth which she does not seem to control very well. Her favorite thing was listening to her parents telling her stories about the history of Vailor. She especially loved the stories of the Elves. She always loved the idea of magic, and how the Elf was able to use magic to put into the volcano. She does not wish to be covered in ash, but she wishes to have magic. Honestly, she wishes to be an assassin, but she does not want to leave her brother's sides yet. She also wants to visit the dwarves cities like the Grand Kingdon of Urguan. She is not too particularly fond of Orcs either... Her favorite story was about how beautiful the city of the Wood Elves is. She could never pronounce it, but wishes to journey there and discover even more stories of the ancient lore buried there.

Personality Traits: (what are your character's quirks?; habits?; likes and dislikes?) Very fiery and arrogant. She cares for her siblings but loves herself even more. She does not care for other people much. Her habit is being very arrogant and talking about how skilled and great she is. She dislikes being told what to do, and when people say she should be following what her gender should be doing, she wants to kill.

Ambitions: (what does your character aspire to be?) She wants to be well known as anything. As long as people know who she is, she is happy. She wants people to know how skilled she is with weapons and fighting. Strengths/Talents: (what is your character really, really good at?) She is very good at fighting even without weapons. Her brothers have helped her practice defending herself everyday.

Weaknesses/Inabilities: (what is a skill that your character needs to work on?) She needs to work on her temper most of anything.

Appearance: (what does your character look like?; how tall are they?; hair color?; scars?) She has long black hair and bright blue eyes. She isn't that tall, she is 5'3", but she loves how people underestimate her for it. She has a scar on her shoulder from too rough of practicing with one of her brothers.
