Again another AetherVIP perk broken. E__V__O 2000 Author Share Posted June 18, 2016 They spawn a bunch of particles each second and it takes roughly 1.5 seconds to remove the ones prior so it'll just stack where before the 1.9 update it had a easy flow of set particles to spawn within 1 second and dissipate shortly after.
