The man named 'Crow' is wanted for murder of a bar maid and conspiring with cultists.

He is often seen hooded, with blue eyes and greasy blonde hair. Normally carries a set of daggers on his waist.

Anyone who is not physically handicapped is urged to try and apprehend him as he has proven on several occasions to be incompetent at combat.
