Notices are posted around Urguan, bearing a message from the Grand King

 

People of Urguan, as the Great Book of Grudges remains stagnant, with several important entries yet to be reviewed by the Court of Mountains, I henceforth declare a change in functions regarding our prestigious collection of wrong-doings. With my power as Grand King of Urguan, I decree that from this day forth Da Kirkja Dverga shall now take full control over the Great Book of Grudges, and shall take the authority of reviewing and approving or denying submitted grudges as they once had in ages long past. Management of the Great Book shall now reside under the High Prophet’s watchful eye. May the Brathmordakin guide him to the truth.
