Clan Vorgor

“Born of dirt, forged into iron”

“The znaga are many, few are the strong”

Founded by a former dark elf znaga, Morka, who willingly accepted the Orcish lifestyle and culture. After many years of serving, fighting and even bleeding for the Uzg; he came under the favor of many of the Orcs he fought and served beside, in due time Morka was made an honorary Orc, finally achieving what he set out long ago to accomplish; he looked for what else he could do for the Uzg, atop his regular duties. With the aid of the current Rex, Malgunuz, Clan Vorgor was established in 1578.

Though Orcs may join Vorgor if they wish, the clan is mainly for znagaz who aspire to perhaps become honoraries one day, such as Morka has. Though not all znagaz are simply permitted to join clan Vorgor as a fully fledged member, they must be rigorously tried physically and mentally. After a good length of time, the aspirant will embark on three main trials, after such they will face another aspirant in combat, the victor being eligible to become an honorary.

Main trials:

Test of Strength,

Courage,

Kinship

Should a znaga fail such trials he or she will simply return to their regular duties, and perhaps take the tests at a later date.

All members of clan Vorgor are expected to push themselves to the limit and beyond in battle, to their bloody end or their enemies’, as they fight for the honor and strength of the Uzg as well the clan.

Irun and higher members adorn the colors of the clan upon their armor or flesh, such as their helm.

The first color, a crimson red signifies the blood they will shed for the Uzg, and even loose for it.

A dark gray reflects the state of all Vorgors, strong and enduring, as Iron.

Clan Structure:

Spoiler

Wagh’goth

(Supreme leader of clan Vorgor, tasked with leading the clan and answering directly to the Rex.)

Elders

(Well-respected members of the clan, who are honoraries, or are close to becoming one.)

Irun

(Fully fledged clan members, endured a strenuous initiation and then judged favorably by the Wagh’goth and Elders.)

Durht

(Those currently going through their initiation, unproved, untempered.)

Worship of the Spirits:

Spoiler

Those in clan Vorgor are usually frequent worshipers of the spirits, highly revering Leyd, spirit of endurance and dominance.

Jevex, the spirit of order, hard work and self-sacrifice is also held highly in clan Vorgor, for what are we without such attributes.

Kezt is the third spirit worshiped often in the clan, representing honor and bravery, as with no honor, we will become crude savages.

Clan Companion:

Spoiler

Upon becoming Irun and subsequently an honorary, clan members are given the precarious task to tame a Golden Eagle, these large birds of prey can be loyal and valuable allies, should they be trained well enough, their sharp talons are something wished to be avoided. females are preferred as they are larger and more aggressive than their male counterparts, these birds are best domesticated at a young age.

Currently, clan Vorgor is inoperative, Wargoth Morka'Vorgor being slain in the siege of San'Kharak, with most, if not all of the znaga of the clan fleeing days before.

"Diz klan iz duh pinnikle uhf kuckery," Schreck'Lak would comment, bewildered that such untermensch could garner any status greater than that of his sex slaves.
