What is roleplaying?: The acting out or performance of a particular role. To act and speak as if you are the character you're portraying. It means to keep your speech in the context of the setting in which your character exists.

What is power-emoting (powergaming)?: The act of forcing the result of someone’s actions upon another character.

Ashryn used to live in Ker’nor with her parents and her sister. Her parents were killed when the volcano Khel’igne erupted suddenly, and she fled with her sister to the wood elves. They lived there for a few years , and Ashyrn's sister taught her how to fight with a wooden sword to defend herself. They lived in a small underground home in Laureh'lin until they had to cross to the isles of Axios. During the rush of others crossing, Ashryn and her sister lost each other, though Ashyrn still managed to get to the other side.

 

Ashryn is now searching for her sister as she struggles to find a place to live and to survive on her own. She spends her time practicing with her swords and renting apartments in many different villages and towns, asking people if they have seen her sister.

Personality Traits: (what are your character's quirks?; habits?; likes and dislikes?) Likes spending time with her sister. She likes to practice fighting with swords. She doesn’t like getting picked on as she is quite shy, but gets angry when someone insults her sister.

Ambitions: (what does your character aspire to be?) She wants to be great with swords when she is older as she doesn’t want to be looked down upon by others.

Strengths/Talents: (what is your character really, really good at?) She is quite good at making friends and has the potential to be good at handling swords.

Weaknesses/Inabilities: (what is a skill that your character needs to work on?) She is quite shy and gets impatient as she isn’t very good at things that take time.

Appearance: (what does your character look like?; how tall are they?; hair color?; scars?) Pale grey-purple skin with white hair. She is 5’5. She doesn’t have any scars and she wears black boots with white laces and a grey top with black sleeves.
