On clowns and recruit poaching

A notice is posted about Johanessburg and the surrounding area, all throughout the crownlands, warning people to avoid certain criminal activities.

A few recent things have become commonplace which are heavily illegal and will be swiftly punished to the full extent of the law and without hesitation by men of the Imperial Legions.

1) For some reason which surely only Lucien himself knows, men have decided to wear ungodly clown costumes and terrorize the crownlands. Do not follow in their footsteps, else you will join them in a pile of ashes.
2) Members of the Imperial Legions swear an oath of fealty. You may not attempt to recruit from the ranks of the Legion. If one in the Legion wants out, they may speak to an officer about being discharged. But do not seek recruits from our ranks. Additionally, you may legally recruit civilians.

3) Many have, when confronted by men of the Legion, opted to run away instead of permit their completely lawful questioning. This will result in swift capture, jailing, and even execution. The Pax Orenia will be enforced by any means possible and if you are suspect of crimes, you will do best to submit to questioning. If innocent, prove your innocence. Do not run or you forfeit any chance to prove that.
