How did you find out about Lord of the Craft?: I found it by looking at server lists, and this is one of the most popular servers for roleplaying

Character’s name: Moreland Abernathy

Character’s age: 23

 

Biography: Moreland is a 23 year old man. He grew up on a farm a few miles away from the Orenian Kingdom, he was an only child and was neglected a lot by his parents. On the farm he learnt several skills, like how to sow and harvest. His main joy was tending to the animals, for they were the only thing that gave him comfort in his cold life. He would hide a lot from his father, who was a drunk. He abused Moreland and his wife for he was an empty, sad man. He was hardly home  because he travelled a lot to try and sell his crops, he blamed his unsuccsessful career on the Empire, for he hated monarchy, so when he was offered a job in Felsen as a farmer he declined it immediately. He shut off his family from main civilisation as an attempt to make his family pure for he was a delusional man. Moreland loved his mother, but she hated him because she thought he was the cause of his fathers sadness, so she hardly fed him and kept very distant. She slowly became unwell and died young. Which uncovered her secret life of going into the capital to go to bars and earn some extra money. Morelands father was distraught by his wife's death that he took his own life. Moreland found his father dead in the kitchen, sitting at the table with a glass of beer in his hand. Now knowing that both his parents were dead, he ran to the nearest farm and asked for a job. The people at the farm accepted him cautiously, they gave him a place to stay and a meal every night. The people at the farm were very strict and religious, following the Church Of Canon to every single rule. This opressed Moreland as he felt there was no higher being and he was eventually kicked out of the farm for speaking up against their beliefs.

 

Now Moreland roams around the country going from farm to farm trying to survive. His past keeps him in a dark place but he tries to keep working so he doesnt have to uncover his repressed emotions about his past. He is a lonely man, he has no friends, and  when people try to get close he pushes them away, for he is afraid they will hurt him even further. When people try to get close, he leaves and finds a different place to stay. He is a sad, dark person who is fragile. He wants to understand how he feels, and know how he can develop and become someone that is happy.

 

Personality Traits: Grouchy, dislikes most things.
Ambitions: He would like a deeper perspective and understanding of his life. He wants to find meaning.
Strengths/Talents: He is a good worker, he is strong in the physical aspect.
Weaknesses/Inabilities: His weakness is his family and his past. He is sad a lot so that affects his mental wellbeing.
Appearance: He is quite bland apart from his bright hair, it is white probably due to stress.
He is 5"10 and has bad posture. He wears simple clothes and his distinguishing feature is his white hair.
