Mabah 156 Share Posted November 14, 2016 People are not getting Confirmation E-mails! Okay, so a lot of souls and even some players who forgot their passwords cannot get onto their account. They all say they have checked their emails and such Might have something to do with the LoTC Confirmation systems, but I don't know. And I understand that "This is a problem caused by your email provider disliking the fact that we send so many emails out to their clients, due to the large amounts of members signing up - this commonly happens with Microsoft's "Hotmail" service. If this does occur and you are unable to confirm your email address due to not receiving the email, contact any member of staff via Skype or in Wandering Soul Chat (in-game) where we can manually confirm your account. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this 'bug'. " is on the FAQ part of the Support section but I highly doubt so many people are having this problem.
