What is roleplaying?: acting like a character that you could of made up, so it is basically filling someone elses shoes.

What is metagaming?: using information that you know but what you character hasn't experienced/knows

What is power-emoting (powergaming)?: this is doing something that another character doesn't want to do. (cutting someones head off) (i MAKE someone fall )

 

In-Character Information
Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that they follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play.

Biography  (Please make it a decent two paragraphs long. Remember to add three references to the server lore): (where does your character come from?; where have they traveled to?; what year were they born in?)   This is Tirira she is just a small unknow Wood Elf to many people, she tends to move around a lot so you might not see her in one place for a long time. She was born in Asulon, Malinor, she lived in a small home in the big tree, But when she was younger she had to flee because of a series of natural disasters. Amongst all of the chaos of everyone running to get on boats she got split up with her parents. Later on she decided to just leave. The chances of finding her parents where impossible. She had so many brothers and sisters that her parents never paid any real attention to her. 

 

She didn't know really where to go, since she didn't have a map and didn't know anyone that where near by. so she just kept wandering and wandering until she stumbled apon Elysium. She has moved around Elysium for a long time so she thinks its time to move on and move to Sutica. Don't ask me why its just a ambition of hers. This is where she ends up now. Hoping to find someone to settle down with she continues to help and be friendly to new people! But this is just the beginning of the story....

 

Personality Traits: (what are your character's quirks?; habits?; likes and dislikes?) Quite down to earth, Can be funny at times but she can be mean when needed to. Her habits are mostly keeping to herself but on occasion she will just introduce herself to random people. She likes trees and nature and hate people who are mean and are stuck up.

Ambitions: (what does your character aspire to be?) She wants to be a Guard (Archer) (scout)

Strengths/Talents: (what is your character really, really good at?) She is good at riding horses and shooting her bow at the same time.

Weaknesses/Inabilities: (what is a skill that your character needs to work on?) She needs to work on her socialising skills.

Appearance: (what does your character look like?; how tall are they?; hair color?; scars?) Red  ish brow ish hair, Creen eyes, Small ish ears, Chocolateskin, She is 5" 2 with no scars. .

  Fortunately, expanding lore can be as simple as mentioning the names of towns or referring to major historical events. The wiki and New Player Guide can provide lots of general information that can help you out with this and to fix some of the questionable details. For High Elves, we also have plenty of guides and pages that are very interesting to read and can help you out when expanding your lore - everything you might need to know is kept on the Player's Guide to Wood Elven RP and the Wood Elven Guide for Dummies (a read for humour) linked below:
