How can I make a Lore team application

Dear Internet,

 

     I want too make an application for the Lore Team. I need help making one so I can have a chance at being accepted into the Lore Team. This is because I personally think my best talent is creativity and would love to add on to this amazing story line.

What is LM mean? I know what LT means well I'm assuming it means lore team but i don't know what LM means. Thank you though but where do I write my application.
