Regarding the Silver and Cloud Districts

Icarus steps into the Haelun’or square, finding a central enough location to make an announcement to the citizenry. As per usual, after his speech was made, it would be scribed and posted throughout Haelun’or to advertise the passage of the new law.

 

It has come to the attention of the Silver Council that a number of unauthorized individuals have been left unattended in the Silver and Cloud Districts. It is our desire to make clear that this is unacceptable. These Districts are meant exclusively for mali’aheral citizens and the very limited number of others approved for entry.

 

As such, the Silver Council has passed the following law in order to remind our citizens of this policy. It shall read as such:

 

Only mali’aheral who have approved applications for first-class citizenship may remain in the Upper District unattended.

 

The only exception to this shall be non-mali’aheral approved explicitly by a member of the Silver Council. Proof of approval shall be maintained through a list held by the Silver Council and Evariran, as well as by a document to be carried at all times by the approved individual.

 

Any mali’aheral may ask such an individual to provide proof of approval if they are in the Silver or Cloud Districts unattended. Harassing those already known to be approved is, however, unlawful.

 

Approval may only be revoked by the member on the Silver Council who approved the individual initially or the Uthir or Maheral, unless the individual is found to commit a crime and convicted by trial.

 

Any questions regarding this change can be directed to the Silver Council. Please be mindful of this change, for it takes effect immediately.
