As of the 8th of snow’s maiden 1595 the signatories of this document do hereby agree to adhere to the following clauses and conditions enshrined herein

 

• The Kingdom of Norland and the Silver State of Haelun’or do hereby agree to come to the aid of the other party in cases of victimization by foreign aggressors.

  • Aid being defined as the provision of supplies, arms and soldiers to the end of ensuring the expulsion of aggressors and invaders and maintaining the territorial integrity of each signatory.

 

• The Kingdom of Norland and the Silver State of Haelun’or do hereby agree to surrender all criminals and persons of interest seeking asylum within their territories to the other party upon request.

  • Criminals and persons of interest being defined as any non citizen who has broken the law of each respective nation or whose capture is desired by the executive of each respective nation.

    • Citizens that become citizens after committing crimes or being demanded by the executive will be still be defined as criminals. As a result they will not be exempt from ejection.
