Section I:

Foundation of the Offices of the Circuit Court, Logistics and Supplies, and Constabulary and Upkeep

Office: Circuit Court

The Court of Common Pleas sits in Karlsburg and hears private pleas and civil cases between subjects. In contrast, criminal cases (where the Crown prosecutes) are dealt with by the crown directly. The crown can send Royal administration to try legal cases throughout the country. The circuits of these Justices cover the whole of the realm and hear both civil and petty cases. They often also perform administrative duties, enquiring for example into the conduct of local royal officials.

The Justice can hold a variety of different commissions. Duties are to investigate disputes over the proper ownership of land in the locality. The duty of gaol delivery - that is trying everyone held in local jails. The commission of oyer and terminer (to hear and decide) and that of nisi prius (unless first/ before) to determine civil cases unless the degree of severity requires otherwise. The Circuit court is staffed by the Minister of the Interior, including private recorders and bailiffs.

Office: Logistics and Supplies

The Office of Logistics and supplies is the government body that produces and manages the flow of things between the point of origin and the point storage until consumption to meet requirements of the Royal government. The resources managed in logistics can include physical items, such as food, materials, animals, equipment and liquids as well as abstract items, such as information.  The logistics of physical items usually involves the integration of the following flow, material handling, production, packaging, inventory, transportation, warehousing, and often security. The office of Logistics and supplies is staffed by Quartermasters and Logisticians.

Office: Constabulary and Upkeep

Constable: Serves as the keeper of the manor and its grounds, it is his or hers work to make sure the exterior of the estate is garnering the image befitting of the lord. They are also the arranger of feasts, gatherings and the sort, thusly their main duty to uphold the image and prestige of the estate. It is however not the only duty of the Constable, they are as well to recruit other members to work for the estate and keep its spendings in check. Therefore in their favor they may create jobs such as gardener, maid or the sort without the direct guidance of the office head.

Maid: A worker of domestic nature, generally used to alleviate work of the estate in whatever manner the leadership wishes.

All positions are afforded fair wage and housing. To apply speak with the Minister of the Interior, Stephen Barbanov, or any available official.
