victor alric ruthern, the count of metterden, now rests with GOD and has given up his appointed his uncle, lord vladrick ruthern, as his regent and to remain so until the soul floating to the heavens. the young heir-presumptive, too young to rule, has young lord reaches 16 years of age.

 

this act shall usher in a new age of prosperity for the county of metterden and the house ruthern,  as a direct crown vassal of house staunton. the young count has proposed ambitious ideas to rebuild the ruined spine of the north. long live frederick augustus, and long live the count of metterden!
