"I see they are leaving," smiles a well aging Hakon Rurik as he nods to his chosen, gaze set upon Fort Jornsburg. 'They are returning home at long last, peace restored for two very weathered Kingdoms." Ser Chilfroy would bark. "There is no doubt they are probably overjoyed to go home and rest." A weary Hakon would note as he approached the Dwarfen commandant of the garrison with his retinue.  He would approach cautiously but make his statement regardless

"I hope both shall work towards a better, brighter future for the young ones to come to know Son of Urguan, too many little boys dying to war... Hakon would close his eyes as memories of those lost would rush back to him.  Regaining his composure, he would continue his statement. "Yes..  Time for rest and recovery for our losses.  Time for the Norlanders and Dwarves to make amends and see eye to eye, to right the wrong of the past with the hope of the future.  Good tidings to you and your people, Commander." Hakon would nod as he would proceed into Jornsburg to sit and fester.

Hakon would clear his throat as he reclined in a creaking chair, leaning the two legs off the ground as he closed his eyes, finally a moment to himself, to think, to reflect...

"Peace in our time, at long.. long last."

"Five hundred minas? Is that it? It is almost as if you want  them to break the pact!" Remarks Kuntklobbera.
