SECTION I - EPISCOPAL APPOINTMENTS:

 

Through the Divine Magisterium of the Church of the True Faith and of the Old Believers the

following Bishop is appointed to the following diocese: Bishop Felix Alfonso I will henceforth hold the title Bishop of Savinia. He is to be referred as ‘His Grace’, with the title comes a seat in the Conclave of Episcopates.

 

 

SECTION II - DIOCESAN RESTRUCTURING:

For those who are rewarded into and recognized within the episcopacy and have the administrative duty of an ordinary Bishop.

 

Holy and most Blessed, High Archdiocese of Aleksandria and all of Asul:-

• His Grace, Auxiliary Bishop Nikolas

 

Holy and most Blessed, Diocese of Savinia:-

 

• His Grace, Bishop Felix Alfonso I

 

 

SECTION III - TRANSITION:

 

Through the divine authority of the Holy Magisterium of the Holy and Blessed Church of the True Faith, created by the Divine Mandate through Owyn and vested to the First High Priests, Diarchs Evaristus and Clement, we, the Holy Magisterium, do recognize the transition of the Order of Saint Lothar, known in High Imperial as Ordo Fratrum Sancti Lotari to the “Lotharic Regiment.” The order’s members are still expected to continue their duty with full authority of a Church Militant and Church Justice in all the realms who accept the True Faith.

 

SECTION IV - CANONIZATIONS:

 

The following people are recognized as being in a state of grace and now dwell in the Seven Skies:

• The Holy Martyrs of the Hansetian Crusade

• Lisette Staunton, late Queen of Courland
