On this day the 14th of The Grand Harvest, 1615, Lord-Regent Augustus Severus Quintilius Roswell announces his resignation as the regent to the Principality of Evreux. By the authority of Lord Roswell and the Prince’s Council, Lord Arnaud Sylvestre Halcourt is hereby declared Lord-Regent of the Principality of Evreux until his Serene Highness, Prince Henry Richard comes of age.
