What is roleplaying?: Roleplaying is personifying yourself as the character by taking on their traits and personality.
What is metagaming?: Meta-gaming is using OOC knowledge IC to make gains over other players.
What is power-emoting (powergaming)?:  Powergaming is emoting in such a way that does not allow other players to respond to your action.  
 
In-Character Information
Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that they follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play.

Biography  (Please make it a decent two paragraphs long. Remember to add three references to the server lore.): (where does your character come from?; where have they traveled to?; what year were they born in? et cetera.) As a child, Linda was born into an upper middle class, merchant, family. She looked up to socialites and would dream of becoming one. She had one sister who she is not very close to since they fought over a man. The sister lost, and when she was of age, Linda married the rich man in order to gain status in society.

 

Her husband was a prosperous middle class merchant, but he was an older man.  Yet, she enjoyed her life as a housewife well, serving important guests, and at one point dining with the mayor of the city.  Her parents were killed in the sacking of Felsen by the dreadlandic bandits, leaving her very distraught for a period.  Soon after, her rich husband died during the destruction of Vailor, leaving her penniless in the new land of Axios.  She wanted to move to Johannesburg to remarry and become rich again.  Her dream is to become a lady of the house, hosting parties and serving cocktails to noble guests.
Personality Traits: (what are your character's quirks?; habits?; likes and dislikes?) She like fancy food and parties. She hates peasants, the poor, and the color beige. Additionally she finds socializing to be an essential fabric of society. While much of Oren may be militant, Linda finds that she'd much rather be a socialite, perhaps having the ear of one of those militant men... She'd also prefer not to socialize with the lower class because she sees no value in it, or nothing gained. Linda is very materialistic like that.
Ambitions: (what does your character aspire to be?) She aspires to be in the elite.
Strengths/Talents: (what is your character really, really good at?) She is really good at socialized and networking.
Weaknesses/Inabilities: (what is a skill that your character needs to work on?) She is bad with her hands and weak physically.
Appearance: (what does your character look like?; how tall are they?; hair color?; scars?) She is blonde blue eye 5’7’ and skinny. She obsesses over her appearance.

2) perhaps try to add more personality traits, because hating poor people isn't exactly a key character trait unless they are a Cartoon Rich person.  Although **** the color Beige,
