To the people of Haelun’or, During these turbulent times, we have seen many a great mali’aheral come, and many go. Too soon, did our previous Sohaer go. He was an admirable man, and I am glad to have known him. In his departure, the Council has decided something must be done. After an emergency meeting, we have decided to appoint myself, Myrna Rey’lani, as Sohaer. This was decided through careful deliberation, and through various discussions it has been decided that due to my prior campaign and the promise I have shown that I am to be elected Sohaer. "We of the Ilmoriels wish the best of luck to the next Sohaer and hope but for the prosperity of the city. It seems that you are indeed well qualified for such a position and we shall do all to aid you as well as we all can. May Larihei guide us all upon these paths of turmoil."
