Principality Of Veris 182 Share Posted July 19, 2017 The Verisi Expansion By the request of the Verisian people, an expansion to allow public buildings, guild halls, parks, and homesteads was to be built… and so the request was filled. After blueprints were forged, construction began on the addition to Veris which now allows for several individuals to find a variety of homes of all sizes, guild halls and other group-affiliated buildings, a church, and public related buildings! As part of this expansion and its haste, the High Prince has declared that all housing in the new district be free until the conclusion of the Verisi Celebration feast, allowing for four full Elven days to reserve your home! If you do elect to use this opportunity of a free homestead, contact one of our stewards or the High Prince himself, and remember, a new taxation system has been reformed. Every home is attached to a 50 mina per Elven Week tax, and every Guild Hall is attached to a 100-175 mina rent per elven week. Come quick before our homes fill up!
