What is Roleplaying?: Roleplaying is the act of pretending to be a character usually in a game world, kind of like acting

What is Metagaming?: The bane of my existence - Basically where you use OOC info IC

What is Power-emoting (Powergaming)?: Making yourself overpowered through the use of emotes. Specifically, doing something as opposed to attempting to do something.

 

In-Character Information
Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that they follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play.

Biography  (This is one of the most important sections of the application. Please take your time and make it a decent paragraph long. Read up on your character's race and be sure to add at least one accurate reference from the server lore): (where does your character come from?; where have they traveled to?; what year were they born in? et cetera.) Now this is the story all about how, my life got flipped, turned upside down, and I'd like to take a minute just sit right there, and tell you all about how I became the fresh prince of Bel Air. None other than Bastion, born and raised, on the playgrounds where I spent most of my days - I need to chill. Okay, so he was born and raised in Bastion, which gave him a rather religious upbringing, although he later began to dislike religion. He hasn't traveled outside the city often due to the undead. His family has never gotten many rations, so he had to learn how to survive. He also began stealing for food rather often. He was born in 1597 and managed to be a survivor of the fall. After the fall he and his family fled to The Holy Orenian empire as his father, who had passed during the fall, was the person who largely influenced his mother to go to Bastion. They returned to Johanessburg where Garrett spent the rest of his life until his 20th birthday. He then began traveling, searching for a higher purpose.

Personality Traits: (what are your character's quirks?; habits?; likes and dislikes?) He has a habit of getting way too cocky, he likes art and writing, he dislikes painting and artistry in general. He also very much dislikes orcs.

Ambitions: (what does your character aspire to be?) To travel across the entire world and settle down somewhere he finds comfortable.

Strengths/Talents: (what is your character really, really good at?) Writing, research and bartering.

Weaknesses/Inabilities: (what is a skill that your character needs to work on?) Swordsmanship, lacks focus, lacks drive.
