To the citizens of Haria,

In the absence of Sultan Fahkri Kharadeen, whom is away on a trade-related mission across the sea, it has been decided that his only child, the Sultani Emiress, Sadria Kharadeen, is named 'Crown Princess-Regent' over the sultanate and it's people until his return. As she is not of her own majority, her council will be guided by her grandfather, the noble Sultan Arlen Kharadeen, and the Sultaness, Rianna Kharadeen.
