Amendment to the Ikur’onn Sohaer System

Amendment I.

---

I. In the event that the Sohaer does not resign, and they are in-fact removed from office by the means outlined in Eltiran’thilln, they are not permitted to name a nominee to succeed them. Consequently, they lose their ability to cast two votes for their potential successor.

 

II. In the event that the Sohaer is killed or is otherwise unable to present Elheial’thilln with a nominee for succession, the Silver Council will simply put forth their own nominations and voting for the successor will proceed in accordance to “Ikur’onn Sohaer System - For Peaceful Transition of Power”.
