CptShoelace 137 Share Posted January 15, 2018 Tog found it more difficult to do the things he once loved to do. Each day his body grew weary as did his mind. For he knew his days were numbered... As the day grew into night he sat down his desk quill in hand and began to write, upon his nightstand left this letter, his lifeless body lay peaceful. My dearest friends, My life has been long and good, I have been many places, seen many things, and met many people. My time on this world has come to an end, I have witnessed the rises and the falls of kingdoms and empires, and I have fought in many wars. Now it is the time for new dwed to see and do as many like myself have done before. I am saddened that I must leave so many of my kin, but our paths will cross again. My journey is now over. Signed, Tog Irongrinder, First of his name, Runesmith of Az'adar ((the sigil of clan Irongrinder is painted below))

Josh3738 3137 Share Posted January 15, 2018 Zahrer stands over the bed where his brother lays. Various other Irongrinders stand about the room in silence as they mourn. He grinds his teeth and furrows his brow, whether from anger or grief was unclear, before turning away and leaving the room to plan the funeral in private chambers. He would not weep in front of the others.
