Be It Known to the Citizens of the most Prodigious Kingdom of Norland...

On the 15th of The Amber Cold, the Crown of Norland has deemed it fit to establish the seat of High Maester within the Crownland of Norland. With the creation of this position, King Godden I of House Ruric has appointed Hans Torsten,  the High Maester of the Kingdom of Norland. Newly appointed, Hans Torsten will now deliver the messages that his majesty deems necessary, and will do such with both accuracy and expediency.

 

Let it be known to the denizens of Norland and All the inhabitants of Atlas, that Hans Torsten is now the High Maester of Norland.
