Flyers in the Wind

[!] Flyers soar the skies of Atlas, carried on wind, seemingly cast from high mountaintops. They land about randomly; on rooftops, in the forge fires of blacksmiths, impaled on stones... even far south, where their edges are crispy white. They say this: "I'm looking for a teacher of Air Evocation. I have quite specific motivations that I'd be happy to divulge over bird. You may know me as the Quen man. This is somewhat connected. ~Azureth"
