Principality of Blackden

 

This document has been written to state and inform the world of the state and territories of the newly formed Principality of Blackden.

 

Art.I - Blackden is a diarchy led by two princes; Thomas de Hartcold and Norkai “of the Hightower”, and latter their heirs.

 

Art.II - Blackden will be counseled through the councils of Hammers and of Adylith.

 

Art.III - The principality will not impose any religious responsibility onto its citizens.

 

Art.IV - All magic that deals with the undead is outlawed and punishable by death.

 

Art.V - As Long as this principality stands Rivia / Adylith and the Confederation of Hammers will be allies and trade partners.
