The Krughai

Parchments are handed out to any and all orcs that passed by San’Kalah, and Fort Stronk. The notes would detail the reformation of the Krughai.

“Brothers, we have lost our roots. We must reform, we must go back to our roots, and so with that, the Krughai must be reformed, along with the ranks from within it. We will go back to our roots, all the way back to Aegis, and make our fallen Krughai brothers full of pride and honor, even in the afterlife."

THE KRUG-HAI

Rex

The Rex is the supreme Commander of the War Nation and Krughai, reaching back to the old father Krug himself. The Rex often has a great reputation as well as high social stature in the War Nation.

Targoth

Often there is only one Targoth issued to a Rex, though in dire times a second may be of assistance. The Targoth is responsible for ensuring the Orcs gain endurance with fitness and proper training. On the battlefield the Targoth is the second-in-command and permitted to lead raids upon their own initiative and may only receive direct order from the Rex himself.  With the power this position holds, they are able to allow the pugging of another Orc that they might deem unfit. A Targoth regularly organizes tournemants and is tasked with the responsibility of keeping the lower ranks properly outfitted in preparation of battle.

Keshig

The Keshig rank is an elite warrior squadron of the Krughai reserved for those whom are most capable and loyal. Their role and duty is to protect and serve the Rex alone. Whilst they maintain their clan names and status with their respective clans they are no longer obligated to follow their Wargoth for the only authority of command for the Keshigs is by the Rex alone. Keshigs work as the Rex's personal guard unit and escort by accompanying him in his general entourage. Becoming a Keshig is the highest honor a warrior can recieve after proving themselves to the Rex himself, the Keshigs are unique and loyal though Rex's do not inherit previous Orc Keshigs.

THE KESHIGS OF THE WAR NATION

Since the lands before Vailor, there has always been a search for some of the most loyal and honorable Orcs of the land if they had not shown themselves already. These Orcs would rate amongst some of the highest tier warriors the War Nation has to offer, presenting the Orcs with blessings of Enrohk to protect the Rex whom is the strongest among them. These warriors were spoken of as "Keshigs" or rather the Rex's personal Kings-guard standing in the way of those who wish to harm the Rex unless he'd rather deal with it him/herself. A Keshig's duty is of utmost importance when it comes to traveling with the Rex and/or Dominus for diplomatic matters, keeping awareness of their environment and movements so the Rex and/or Dominus would not have to, remaining even more vigilant during times of war. When a Keshig takes his blood oath, one of the most sacred and honorable ways of presenting loyalty, they understand the length of their term reaching from a quick death to the end of the life; the only way a Keshig could be removed from his place is if the command was given from the Rex himself.

Among these Keshigs there may be a variety of fighting styles the Orcs would possess, growing up fighting with one another teaches them to learn from their mistakes in combat making them better warriors altogether.

With their skills peaking in hand to hand combat, Keshigs take upon themselves a large variety of weapons from which they use making sure to gain mastery and experience with the use of any type of weapon they may desire. For a Keshig, any specific weapon would provide a unique and an especially lethal opportunity for him/her having practice with almost anything they could get their hands on including weapons such as maces, spears, staffs, halberds, and so on. With the preferred weapon of choice, a Keshig would master the art of execution making quick and clean kills in order to keep enemies away from the one they protect as well as performing an art of blood understanding the best points of the body to stab into. These Orcs linger around their Rex wearing Iron-clad armor and helmets to protect themselves and the Rex for any damage they might inflict, as well as wearing the colors of Krugmar to represent their nationality.

My Bleeding Scars

Upon the spectacle of an Orcish Klomp, the Rex may pull an Orc aside to praise the fighter for his capability in combat along with other things that may make them stand out. If they are familiar with the Rex, they may already have a spot as a Keshig as the Rex would need to understand the Orcs undying loyalty if he was not familiar with the Orc.  Before the Rex, the soon to be Keshig kneels as the Rex clutches an Orcish greatsword the tip of the blade sitting on the surface of the floor the Orc would grab each hand on the bottom of the blade and slide slowly upward as they recite their oath. As the blood runs down the blade and the Orc's hands reaches the top he finishes his Oath as he stares into the Rex's face and is examined by the Rex himself.

When the Uruk is fully prepared to honor the oath they made and have broke flesh in order to draw blood, he must recite the following:

"Dis bluud dat flowz frum mi flezh I pledge unto laht, mi Rex, frum mi blade tu hard zkin, from da leather of mi zkin to the whyte of mi bone lahtz foez muzt klomp to enter lahtz prezence. In da Uzg of da dishonored, lahtz protection wihl be more important tu me than mi life itself az mi will continue klomping even if mi am half-way flat. Mi will zhield laht frum azzazzins sent by those whu am afraid of lahtz myght but have nub zenze in fazing laht themselves to klomping by lahtz zide againzt armiez who would faze the wrath of da Rex and the Urukz as a people. At mi post, mi will remain ztrong and vigilant az the shield that guardz the Rex and a protector of the Urukz. With mi bluud, mi provez that any zult that may come lahtz way mi would dutifully interzept with my own zult or mi body if need be."

War boss

A war boss is appointed to their position by either the Rex or the Targoth, but there must only be two War bosses at any single point in time. They are tasked with bringing the lower runts into prominence through sparring sessions and rigorous training routines. They also receive the responsibility of bringing lost and/or wandering Orcs along with young Orcs by recruiting them formally into the Krughai. They must maintain the outfitting of the lower ranks in the Krughai in preparation of battle.

Berzerker

The next in line to become Warboss', the Bezerker's serve as the Advanced Infantry of the Krughai consisting of many veteran Orcish warriors.

Grunt

Serving as  the main bulk of the Krughai made of mostly Orcs, Goblins, and Ologs they spend most of their portion of time situated in this position. They are the beating heart of the Krughai and the collective force behind it's triumphs. Those that  have exceptional performances on the battlefield will find themselves quickly rising from this rank.

Runt

This is an introductory rank for many Orcs, Runts are seen as the smallest and the weakest often consisting of the youngest or newest Orcs. They must obey all who issue orders to them as they are the lowest rank of the hierarchy hence the name 'Runt'. Though for such a small ranking, many Orcs should remember that they once started as Runts themselves. Those of higher rankings must help the young Orcs mature to move them to their next rank as quickly as possible.
