A Demigryph

 

It was a normal day in santegia. The merchants were selling, the citizens were browsing, and the Guards were Patrolling. Lord Jacob Bolivar was in front of the palace with others when a Farmer rushed into the city “I-i-i-It killed my family” The peasant said. “Who did?” Jacob asked. He replied with “A beast.” Jacob and a few other Santegians went to go investigate and found a Demigryph eating on the peasants family. The group unsheathed there weapons, but Jacob walked towards it himself. As Jacob caught the eye of the Demigryph it attacked him. He was able to hold it of for a short time but was no match for the beasts strength. As he was eaten alive he still tried to fight, and had small victories, until a Uruk came to try and use his Fire Evocation on the beast. The Uruk’s magic hit Jacob instead of the demigryph. As jacobs screams became weaker and weaker, the worst idea became a reality. Jacob Bolivar was dead.
