A piece of poster parchment, with its ends curled in, hangs in the Haelun'or inn. In neat script it reads:

 

COFFEE & CRUMPETS - A High Elven Housewarming

 

All pure citizenry of The Silver Enclave of Haelun'or  are hereby invited to the tower of Seleucus Arthanc for the purpose of meeting one's neighbors and strengthening our Silver community. Coffee and crumpets shall be served, but as per the wishes of the host, Mr. Arthanc, it is requested that guests follow a policy of BYOT, or Bring Your Own Tea, due to its vast variety and abundance in Okarn'thilln. All guests will be asked to wear appropriate attire and behave within eltiran’thilln of our Silver Enclave.

 

Mr. Arthanc's tower can be found in the neighborhood just above the city's inn. It can be accessed by taking an immediate left after passage through the Red Gate.  Please direct any and all questions to Seleucus Arthanc, in person, or by bird. Be sure to have at least one interesting story in mind to tell at the event - boredom will not be tolerated!
