A Sermon on Unification and Peace
 16th of Owyn's Light, 1680

Dear friends in faith,

I, Elwood, humble servant of GOD write to you this week with regards to the faithful here in the City of Carolustadt. I come with great tidings in serving the spiritual well-being of its citizens, reserving nothing but the intentions of GOD and guided by the Testaments of the Exalted, which I was duly entrusted by His Holiness, Siegmund I. Today, I shall speak to you concerning matters of unity.

Human unity is a matter of great importance not only for our current political climate, but also for the faithful to embrace a common and innate virtue embedded by Exalted Horen for all of humanity. I offer my prayers to this most critical moment in our history. Humanity has thirsted for so long a cohesion to bind together, a creed to aspire to, a land to reform its great structures. By the Grace of GOD, we have found it and in GOD, we are sanctified by it. It is the duty of all members of the Most Holy Canonist Church, a sacred pledge that we professed at our baptism alike, to promote the goodness of Man and the unity of all things in the light of GOD. Like our great saints who have so much as illumined a path for righteousness before us, let us seize the moment! Let us put down the swords and remove all bitterness, as well as the tendencies of all factious disputes, for the unity of civilization is among us in this present Age! Be steadfast, great faithful men and women since the moment for the demonstration of benevolence and peace is here at long last.

The duty of our station in life is the promotion of the great values as prescribed by the Exalted Prophets. Only by which the virtues commended to us are we afforded the right to fully embrace the covenant that GOD forged with us, the Chosen Race. We, Humanity, are the sacred flock, inspired by divine Providence and sustained by the prayers of the Saints to walk in path of human unity. Our faith shepherds us to what is naturally sound as GOD truly intended humanity to everlasting unification. It is by the grace of our sacraments, the sounds of our hymns, the consummation of marriage, and the promotion of the dignity of man which truly fulfills the Will ordained for us at the beginning of creation. The emanations of glory stand in the here and now, awaiting for us to fully embrace the call for unity. It is not so much an invitation of love and virtue, but a gentle command to orientate all human souls back to the Light of the Creator.

May the Saints and the Exalted guide us to the virtue of unity in our time.

Father Elwood
