Forum link signs (using /frp) don't work after a while. (2-24 hours or maybe every restart)

A while ((few hours to a day)) after i make a forum link sign with /frp (Link), it doesn’t work. When i first put it up, it works fine. Then after a few hours to a day (I haven't tested how long), i right click the sign and nothing happens. Also when i break the sign it doesn't give a sign back. I suspect this might happen every time there is a restart like the book shop bug, but i haven't tested it for this forum link sign one yet.

5:15 PM EST 10/22/18 (I simply tried to right click a forum sign and it didn't work. This has happened multiple times for multiple different signs.)

**Steps to Reproduce**

1. Step 1: Make a forum link sign with /frp
2. Step 2: right click and see that it works and it will when just placed.
3. Step 3: wait a while (few hours to a day, the actual bug might happen on server restarts)
4. Step 4: Right click the sign to see nothing happens, no message or anything.

5. Step 5: Break sign and see it doesn’t give back a sign.

When i right click a forum link sign, it should give me something to click to go to a specific forum page.

Nothing happens when I right click a forum link sign if the sign is not recently placed (the bug might take 2-24 hours to happen, it might be every restart. before the time it takes for the bug to happen, the link on the forum link sign works fine.)
