CARNATIAN DECLARATION OF ABDICATION, 1695

 

 

9^th of Godfrey’s Triumph, 1696

TO THE KING AND HIS KINGDOM OF HAENSE,

I, Henrik Kovachev, Duke of Carnatia, declare by this instrument my determination to abdicate the fullness of my lands and titles in favor of my firstborn son, Varon Kovachev. Effective immediately.

Varon Kovachev read the announcement with a heavy heart, packing his belongings before setting out on a journey back to Markev.

Viktoria Kovachev scanned over the parchment, she scratched the back of her head, and furrowed her brows in confusion, then setting her gaze upon the ring that was sat across the room on her night table, “I thought this guy was dead or something.” she let out a heavy sigh, accepting her horrible luck with men. She stood, then, and grabbed her shawl from its place in her closet, and made way through the snow covered road to the church.
