By order of the Office of the Commandant of Adria, let it be decreed that the Adrian Guard be henceforth known as the BELVITZ BRIGADE, as is the expressed will of the people gathered in Duma.

 

By order of the Office of the Commandant of Adria, let it be decreed that the Bailiffs are absorbed into the COSSACK BATTALION of the BELVITZ BRIGADE. All will be ensured mount, arms, and wages.

 

By the order of the Office of the Commandant of Adria, let it be decreed that MAER & MAGISTRATE ARTHUR BLAZE be commissioned an officer as a MAJOR of the BELVITZ BRIGADE.

 

By the order of the Office of the Commandant of Adria, let it be decreed that Marguan Goldhand be commissioned as a CAPTAIN over the COSSACK BATTALION of the BELVITZ BRIGADE. May he bring the Cossacks to the heights of victory.

 

By the order of the Office of the Commandant of Adria, let it be decreed that Karl Klargus be commissioned as a LIEUTENANT of the COSSACK BATTALION of the BELVITZ BRIGADE.

 

The Office of the Commandant bids the newly commissioned officers to grow and discipline His Grace’s BELVITZ BRIGADE in anticipation of the imperial wargames.
