All peoples of the land are free to come and farm the crops they need to live. We have wheat and carrots, and potatoes!

These lands are not protected by any magic spell, they aren’t restricted to just citizens.
The Public Farm is truly for the public at large!

Utaria Helenson-Anarion lifted her hoe over her shoulder in the middle of the public farm. Dirt clung to her face as she wiped away beads of sweat. It had been a solid months work but the task was now done. The Public farm was operational and soon the people who had survived on Potatos alone for all of the Vayel blizzard would now have potatos again. (Though she did make sure to include more wheat and carrots this time) She smiled and then she got back to work tilling the fields.
