I am currently looking to purchase land near or in the capital of Oren to build a shop on. The land should be near a main road so the store is visible to travelers and at least 150 square blocks. If I am unable to acquire a plot of land large enough in a suitable location I would instead then be interested in purchasing a shop within the city or near it to set up my business.
