With the newfound knowledge attributed by Archbishop Zachery, an addition to those banned from Haense is as follows.

 

1. All Ascended are hereby banned from the city of Reza and the Kingdom of Haense. They have shown their true colors by openly admitting their arrogance to no longer defend the descendant races. No longer defenders or allies, instead they now toil with dark mages of the lowest form, forsaking the GOD fearing people they were sworn to protect. It was clear they were bad at their job before, though now they outwardly admit their cultist behavior. The craven group is now regarded as a cult in the eyes of the Department of Magick, and will be dealt as such.
2. Any pertaining to the group or bearing armor of Vallis Solis is likely either a demon or dark mage. They too are banned from entering the city of Reza, and will be tried with witchcraft if found.
3. Coltaine Wick is hereby banned from Haense until he comes back with the head of a demon. Then he will be forgiven.
