Formally declare that those with Kharadeen blood, and those within the Kharadeen family, must swear ABSOLUTE fealty to the Caliph, if refusal or lack of swearing is not made by in one Qalasheen Week, will be either disowned and lose any and all rights to the Kharadeen house, and to the Caliphate.
