Looking to buy land or a store

Greetings,

I am currently looking to purchase land to build a shop on. The land should be near a main road so the store is visible to travelers and at least 150 square blocks in size. If I am unable to acquire a plot of land large enough in a suitable location I would instead then be interested in purchasing a shop within a major city or near one to set up my business. I can be contacted by posting a note below this letter and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Just so you know, I think you'll either need a kingdom leader themselves, or a bedrock donator who's quitting, in order to pick up a 150 square block property, in the wilds, near a main road.

Might be better to just find a shop in a city.
