Va Birodeo Herzenav ag Edlervik,

REGARDING THE WAR

With the progression of the warfront now entering within the eve of the second year, I seek to reassure the denizens of the realm that His Majesty’s Royal Government is continuing to provide and allocate the necessary resources in preparations for defenses. As such, I am issuing a decree that all noble houses shall mobilize their levymen and procure to the capital, shipments of mortar and masons. Furthermore, I hereby suspend the Royal Levy Ban of 1709 and charge that the great Haeseni Houses impose writs to draft their men to Reza to enjoin ranks with the capital forces, effective immediately. This act shall take effect and expire when His Majesty’s Royal Government issues a decree in regards to military reform.

REGARDING THE GENERAL ELECTION

With the close of the Haeseni General Election of 1719, I, as Lord Palatine of the Realm, do hereby certify the votes of the following candidates who shall be summoned by the Lord Speaker of the Royal Duma to sit in His Majesty’s House of Peers as Royal Aldermen. Therefore, the government affixes its seal of approval and does hereby declare that Ser Wilheim Barclay and Brog Dhoon have taken the majority of votes and will be the victors for the office aforementioned.

We hereby certify the incumbent, Lord Maer Butch, to be re-elected for another term as head of the municipal government of the Royal City of Reza. He shall concurrently retain his seat in the Royal Duma.

REGARDING HIS MAJESTY’S AULIC COUNCIL

After a lengthy period of over half a century of devoted service to the Crown, we announce the retirement of Lord Justiciar Swithun from the Royal Cabinet. His Majesty the King and myself impart our sincere gratitude for work in the legal codex, for presiding over the judicial courts and dispensing the king’s justice for the last decade. Swithun’s work as a royal scrivener and a vital member of the regency during the succession crisis of 1668 merits profound accolades from the entire nation. We wish him godspeed in his retirement and continue to draw from his experience to counsel the Royal Administration.

Furthermore, I hereby appoint Ser Gerard of House Stafyr to the Office of Lord Justiciar. He shall be given the confidence of this government to dispense the king’s justice and preside over the courts of law in the name of His Majesty. We hereby affix our seal of approval and entrust in his diligence as a guardian of Haeseni law.

May GOD bless His Majesty and the Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska.

IV JOVEO MAAN,

His Highness, Prince Georg Stanimar of the House of Barbanov-Alimar, Lord Regent of the Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska, Lord Palatine of the Realm, and Protector of the Highlanders
