Regarding noble levies and personal militaries of any sort in the realm of the Dual Monarchy of Haense;

 

1.  Noble houses and operators of personal militaries will herewith be limited to two (2) employed household soldiers at the maximum.  
       a. The aforementioned soldiers must also be registered in the royal army, respond to royal rallies, and attend training. They must observe the same rules and regulations as conventional soldiers and will be ranked accordingly.
       b. In accordance with the decision of King Marius, these two soldiers must wear the regalia of the royal army as well, so that their allegiance to the Dual Monarchy might be known to all.

 

2.  Any house that exceeds the maximum number of guards, or who do not enlist their guards into the army, will be suspected of treason against the crown and will be punished accordingly after an appropriate investigation is completed.

 

3.  All current troops of any and all houses must enlist into our royal army at the earliest opportunity or face appropriate punishment.

Alifer Amice reads the levy ban and smirks, by attempting to take away the ability for their own kingdoms to rebel militarily they have only begun to cross a terrible threshold.
