THE EXPANDED AND REFORMED SILVER COUNCIL

The Sohaer’s address to the Blessed Citizenry of the Silver State of Haelun’or

Issued on the 2^nd of Sun’s Smile, 1725

 

 

In wealth and welfare, the Mali’thill reap the benefits of their harmonious relation to the realm. The Blessed Diarchy and the Silver Council have retained their befitted function and the last remnants of the Withering Republic have finally been swept away. It is in these times of peace and prosperity the Mali’thill can look to seal their destiny in an eternal march forward; To Totality. Never before have the Motherland had such affluence and firm footing. We advance into the future with confidence and vision, both in our obligation to the Blessed Citizenry and in our duty to maintain order and peace beyond our borders. To meet the challenges of our maturing people, the Silver Council ought to be expanded. The Blessed Diarchy have decided it to be appropriate to appoint an additional two Okariran; the six Okariran become eight. In addition, the Okariran are expected to formally appoint Medi’iran who will act as assistants and advisors to the office and area the Councillor is active in.

 

 

 

The two new seats upon the Silver Council:

 

The Okarir’nor

Master of Land, the Okarir’nor manages the flow and storage of resources in the Silver State, as well as maintaining the city and land in flawless condition. In close cooperation with the rest of the Okariran, the Okarir’nor ensures that resources are allocated and available for the different projects the Blessed Citizenry seek to complete. The Okarir’nor, as with all members of the blessed Silver Council, are to be addressed as Master or Mistress [Talonnii Name] based on gender.

 

The Okarir’hiylun

Master of Health, the Okarir’hiylun is responsible for the public health of the Mali’thill. The Okarir’hiylun oversees the work of the Haelunorian Clinic, develop legislation and issue warnings when public health come at risk. The Okarir’hiylun ensures that the Children of the city are protected and cared for, appointing orphans to guardians as necessary. The Okarir’hiylun, as with all members of the blessed Silver Council, are to be addressed as Master or Mistress [Talonnii Name] based on gender.

 

The following Mali’thill have been chosen from a large pool of candidates and nominees by the Blessed Diarchy, and are summoned upon to do their duty in nothing but accordance to maehr’sae hiylun’ehya. The newly appointed Okariran are to appear before Sohaer Dimaethor Visaj to accept their office in less than three elven days.
