Secretary of Internal Affairs
Superintendent of the affairs of the government of the Golden City of Ves, capital of the Commonwealth of Kaedrin, who is appointed by the King. By their hand are all decisions, modifications, and other internal matters approved or disapproved, and the finer workings of the local bureaucracy are carefully administered as to prevent and remove all manners of corruption and self-service.

 

Mayoral Delegation of Ves

The Mayoral Delegation encompasses the of the bureaucracy of the Golden City of Ves, made up of a number of diverse appointments each designed to carefully tend to one facet of the city machine. Elevations to positions on the delegation are achieved via election, or appointment, of which all are overseen and confirmed by the Secretary of Internal Affairs.

 

Mayor of Ves

• One position, elected by the House of Commons, and affirmed by the Secretary of Internal Affairs, to serve for four-year terms.
• Serving as head of the delegation, and administrator of the local bureaucracy.

 

Judges of the Communal Tribunal of Ves

• Three positions, appointed by the Magistrate of Kaedrin, and affirmed by the Secretary of Internal Affairs, to serve for four-year terms.
• Serving as triumvirate of the courts, presiding as a unit over all legal trials both of an inquisitorial and adversarial nature.

 

Comptroller and Auditor of Ves

• One position, elected by the House of Commons, and affirmed by the Secretary of Internal Affairs, to serve until sacked.
• Serving as manager of the financial assets and liabilities of the Golden City of Ves.

 

Clerks of Ves

• Unlimited positions, appointed by the Mayor, and affirmed by the Secretary of Internal Affairs, to serve until sacked.
• Serving as bureaucrats to fulfill their assigned duties, presiding over one facet of the Golden City of Ves, while as well serving primarily as stewards, handling matters of housing and zoning.
