GOVERNACE WITH SUFFONIAN CHARACTERISTICS

We Edward I Suffolk, by the Grace of God, Archduke of Suffonia, Of ArchDucal kin, etc. All, who will see or hear this, we salute! Do know the following:
 

We raise the mission for all of bureaucratic and military capacity to participate in the establishment of proper governance, a rule of law and a diplomatic apparatus in accordance with mankind’s usual methodology. Recognizing the challenges of Imperium whilst respecting the separate destinies amongst Humans shaped by GOD, we hereby establish a newfound doctrine to be applied throughout our realm, to be known as Governance with Suffonian Characteristics. 
 

Therefore, it is that We, embodied by Edward I Suffolk, have heard, understood & agreed upon, the following:
 

CHAPTER I. DEFINING SUFFONIAN CHARACTERISTICS
In the words of Edward’s chief-ideologue Laurence Geoffrey Suffolk,
“To adhere to Imperium and to integrate it to Suffonian realities -- in other words, to seek duty from temptation, as advocated by Edward I, and to uphold his basic ideas of Suffonian destiny and governance. It is important for every Suffonian to adhere to these characteristics, for it anchors permanence to their existence within an Imperium that changes crown & face on a whim. It is because the Suffonian people rallied under this previously unwritten social contract and walked a road from Imperial appeasement to GOD’s destiny, that we are to be a permanent presence in the chronicles of history.”

 

CHAPTER II. IMPLEMENTATION OF A GOVERNMENTAL PLANE
His Highness Edward I Suffolk, by the Grace of God, has mandated the his leal Chancellor to fulfill the Mandate of establishing the Suffonian government and aiming to ensure divergence from the forgone inefficient bureaucracies. This mandate will be upheld through the Chancellery and the ‘The Edward I Society’. 

 

CHAPTER III. LEX IMPERIALIS HABITUS SUFFONIAE
The Chancellery entrusts the most honorable Justiciar, Giovanni Bolivar with the implementation of new law with Suffonian Characteristics, established in accordance to the reality that Suffonians face. By staffing our most virtuous institutions to legislate, our most vigilant guardsman to enforce and our high esteemed judges to rule, he who shall challenge Suffonian law shall have to face it.

 

CHAPTER IV. THE CRIMSON DOCTRINE
His Highness Edward I entrusts his Captain General, Arthur Stephen Suffolk, with the defense of his realm and the preservation of Governance with Suffonian Characteristics.  The military shall sever its traditional feudal obligations and serve a higher cause: GOD and ArchDuke Edward’s vision for Suffonia respectively. 

With these four chapters of foundation: Suffonia shall enlighten the world on the principles of proper governance and respect of subject autonomy. Under the promise of Governance with Suffonian Characteristics, all who find themselves in Suffonia will find a large degree of meritocracy, autonomy & opportunity.
