The Military Summit

Of Morsgrad

In accordance with the following edict, on this very day did the military-minded folk of Morsgrad, Nordish and Renatian alike arrive ‘pon the grandiose palace of Morsgrad to converse on the pertaining military matters:

 

The future of the military.

In which it was decided, by unanimous vote, that the Renatians and Nordish of the Nordhirim should merge under one military branch, rather than maintain their separate style as they have been doing to provide further efforts to the assimilation of the two peoples.

 

The structure of the military.

In which it was decided, by unanimous vote, that the military structure shall consist of one regiment - until it can support more. Each regiment shall comprise of 4 Enlisted Ranks & 2 Officer-Corp Ranks.

 

Salary, pay & other bonuses of the military.

In which it was decided, after some discussion, that the base pay of the military will be ten marks. This shall be provided by subsidies in to military funding. The pay shall rise five marks upon each ascended rank, furthermore, there shall be a five-mark recruiting bonus.

 

The meeting thereby concluded with the swearing of fealty of the present military men.
