It is simply the pleasure that the Count of Harlingen, Secretary of War, Ser Leonard II de Ruyter to announce the ceremonial commencing of his own house, House de Ruyter, and hereby declare the secondary house, House de Leumont. These two houses will now be bound by wedding.

 

Jon-Paul de Leumont, Secretary of Treasury, Count of Provins, is to be wed to Katrien de Ruyter, withholding the current positioning of Liveryman of the Pruvia Ward. The celebration is to be held in Harlingen following the marriage at the church in Helena. All nobility of the Crownlands are invited to attend this humble celebration as two great Houses now bury the feuds long since past.
