Preamble

Whilst it is formally understood amongst the Nordish peoples that there are a variety of undesirables who are to be killed, interred or otherwise removed from the community. However there has been little formal legislation on the matter. To that matter all the undesirables who are to be prohibited if not killed on sight whilst existing in any capacity on my lands shall be formally named and formally barred from the realm. Those who have been banned before shall have their bans renewed herein as a reminder of our profound disrespect for them.

Section I. Concerning the Demonic and Magykal Creatures

 

Subsection I. Herein we do formally reaffirm the Nordlaw ethic that all demonic races of the wide world are permanently barred from the realm of Morsgrad on pain of death or permanent maiming. The non exhaustive list of common demonic races who occasionally frequent our territories are as follows:

I. The Kharajyr 

II. The Hou-Zi

III. The Orkin

IV. The varieties of Forestfolk

V. The varieties of Necromantics

VI. The varieties of Automata 

 

Subsection II. Any of the aforementioned undesired creatures found within the confines of the Ducal State must be interred within the Teutonic Asylum for research, burnt at the stake out of mercy, or forcibly expelled from the Duchy immediately.

Section II. Concerning Wytches, Fae, and general Magyks

 

Subsection I. Any form of Wytchery, Magyk or Warlockery is forbidden from the confines of the Ducal realm. Any individual found in possession of magykal items, in possession of magykal traits or skills or in the commission of magykal acts shall be immediately put to death by burning at the stake should the Teutonic Asylum be full. There is to be no exception nor compromise. It does not matter if the individual is an ally or a citizen of the realm, high or low born. The punishment shall be unchanged.

Section III. Curonite Prohibition

 

          The scum of Curon are to remain permanently barred from my land on pain of tonsure. I will not tolerate the shame of humanity to blacken my lands with their boot. Once more to welcome Orcish toe suckers is unacceptable. It remains a dark mark on the entirety of humanity that the House of Merentel has not saved themselves some degree of face and taken their own lives in shame. But the sin of the servant shall here mar the master. As the Stauntons of Curon still harbour these pathetic rats they shall remain barred from my lands. Any threat to the supremacy of man cannot be tolerated.

 

          Furthermore I shall recall the oath breaking of the Curonic Stauntons during the War of Two Emperors. A standard of the house it seems, to recklessly break oaths. But such is the way of Staunton. We, the Rurikid have not forgotten the old betrayal of the Duke Staunton those many centuries ago at the battle of the whale. Nor shall we ever forget. For such is the way of Rurik.

 

To whichever toad squats in the halls of that foul eyesore that mars my view. I convey my profound disrespect. Your veins carry sewage.

Section IV. Sutian Prohibition

          Herein we renew our banishment of the Sutican for their official state stanction of the narcotics trade. We will not tolerate the dissemination of degeneracy in our territories, thus to that end they shall remain permanently barred. Any Sutican found within the realm is to be immediately put to death if they are found in possession of Narcotics. Otherwise they are to be removed from the Holy State.
