The Dwarven Homestead Act V2

It is within every dwarf’s right to own a roof above its head, so it falls under our duty to make it possible for every son or daughter of Urguan to have a comfortable live life.

 

SECTION I: Requirements

For one being able to purchase land within the Grand Kingdom of Urguan, they must have their application accepted by the Grand King and they must not be current or past criminals of the kingdom.

 

One can be dennied by the Grand King or the Rikkin Council of the Grand Kingdom of Urguan from acquiring or possesing individual land pieces.

 

All lands given through the Homestead Act V2 shall be underground and on the surface.

 

SECTION II: Plot sizes & Locations

A) Underground

 

Location Disclaimer

The locations are to be determined differently, depending on each case, by the Grand King with the advices of the Warden.

No land acquisitions may overlap with the other land grants.

No location is promised, as there are disputed portions of land within the Grand Kingdom of Urguan, them being either reserved for a state project or simply not purchasable.

 

Plot Sizing

 

Homestead Plot – 12x12

A small plot for a sizeable home, the Homestead Plot is for those who wish to live more quietly.

 

This plot varies around 5,000 minas.

 

Compound Plot – 25x25

A decent plot for a compound or large building, the Compound Plot is useful for those seeking to make breweries, forges, etc

 

This plot varies around 8,000 minas.

 

Large Compound Plot – 50x50

A large swath of land intended for larger scale purpose. The Large Compound Plot is most useful for guilds and other groups or institutions.

 

This plot varies around 16,000 minas.

 

Custome sized plots are purchasable, they are to be accepted directly by the Grand King.

 

B) Surface

 

Homestead Plot – 12x12

A small plot for a sizeable home, the Homestead Plot is for those who wish to live more quietly.

 

This plot varies around 7,000 minas or half of the monetary price with an addition of resources determined by the Grand King.

 

Compound Plot – 25x25

A decent plot for a compound or large building, the Compound Plot is useful for those seeking to make breweries, forges, farms, etc.

 

This plot varies around 9,000 minas or half of the monetary price with an addition of resources determined by the Grand King.

 

Large Compound Plot – 50x50

A large swath of land intended for larger scale purpose. The Large Compound Plot is most useful for guilds and other groups or institutions.

 

This plot varies around 20,000 minas or half of the monetary price with an addition of resources determined by the Grand King.

 

Custome sized plots are purchasable, they are to be accepted directly by the Grand King.

 

SECTION III: Building appearance & Construction

All land given through The Dwarven Homestead Act V2 is expected to maintain a respectable appearance. For special cases, a third-party architect must be hired to assure the passing of Section III.

Any form of hideous land-scarring or poor effort construction will be removed, with a three days warning given to the owner. No refunds will be given.

 

SECTION IV: Revocation and Eviction

Lands that are proven to be inactive for more than a stone month shall be evicted without any disputes. No refunds.

 

If a land owner would be proven guilty of a crime against the State, the land shall be revoked. No refunds.

 

The Grand King and the Rikkin Council  reserve their right to evict lands at their own discretion.

Balrog the second just laughs, knowing full well that Hekkaes himself was once a criminal of the kingdom. “Ye ‘ave betrayed the dwarves ‘ow maneh times now? Once again, ye’ prove te us all.. t’at ye’ wis’ fer power, and not’in else. Ye’ greedy Goldhand.... Mynebor will rise again. Starts to laugh heartily as his followers begin preparation for the next four Mynebors.

Hekkaes Goldhand would be too bothered making great revenue for the under-realm of Urguan to care what other mouths would say. A random copy of one of Fimlin Grandaxe’s acts would lay somewhere in his house.
