To Colonel Darius Sabari,

 

I write to you to impart my utmost appreciation for Private Second Class Rylan Swint. In this state of war, our streets and roads are wracked with banditry, violence, and chaos. My commute to Helena is always a treacherous journey, yet it is my obligation to this Empire that compels me to continue my travels toward our capital. Whenever I arrive here, I notice Private Swint vigilantly watching over this city. He never fails to fulfill his duty and oath to protect and defend Helena’s residents and guests.

It is the men in uniform like Private Swint that inspires me to share this story. Due to his outstanding commitment to the Rule of Law and the keeping of the peace in our streets, I commend him profoundly. He aspires to nothing more than to become a devoted steward of this Empire. I am a firm believer in honoring every man who commits his life to fight for the rights and values of Orenia. If their sacrifice is made daily for our welfare, then they should be recognized for their valiance. Private Rylan Swint is one such individual who deserves his due. 

 

Therefore, it is without reservation that I give my full recommendation and endorsement for his promotion to corporal without delay.
